Most of our commercial calls come from property managers, landlords, general contractors and the owners of stores, restaurants, gyms, dance studios, salons and offices. About half of our work is commercial, so the crew is used to working around open hours, tenants and other trades.
Common repairs, such as a broken storefront lite, a door that will not latch or a cracked partition panel, are usually finished in 1-2 days. Estimates are free: text us photos for a quote, or we come out and measure. We speak English, Tiếng Việt and 中文, which helps when the tenant and the owner do not share a language.

How we work with property managers and contractors
One call does it. Give us the address, the tenant contact and what broke, then text photos to (626) 571-0135 with a rough width and height. For most storefront and door repairs that is enough to quote, so you can approve the work without a site visit.
The estimate is specific: glass type and thickness, hardware, finish and turnaround, so it holds up when you forward it to an owner or an adjuster. For an insurance claim we add photos and measurements; you file the claim and we supply what the adjuster asks for.
Common repairs are usually done in 1-2 days, and a broken storefront is boarded up the same day when the glass has to be ordered. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. After-hours service is available for break-ins and accidents; call to confirm availability.
On construction jobs we measure from your drawings or field-measure once the framing is in, order the glass early so it does not hold up the schedule, and send a crew when the site is ready. Proof of insurance is available on request.

Questions customers ask
Can you quote from photos, or do you need to come out?
For a single broken lite, a door closer or a lock, photos plus a width and height are usually enough for a firm quote. Partitions, mirror walls and multi-lite storefronts get a free on-site measure.
How fast can you replace broken storefront glass?
Common sizes of 1/4-inch tempered or laminated glass are usually replaced in 1-2 days. If the glass has to be ordered, we board up the opening the same day so the store stays secure and open.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We supply a written estimate, photos of the damage and the measurements so you or the owner can submit the claim. We do not negotiate with the insurer, but we will answer the adjuster’s questions about the scope.
Can you work before we open or after we close?
Often, yes. Most repairs are scheduled during office hours, but we can work around a restaurant’s lunch rush or a gym’s morning classes when you tell us the window. After-hours service is available; call to confirm.
What drives the price on commercial glass?
Glass type and thickness (tempered, laminated or insulated), size, whether the lite is a stock size or a custom order, the condition of the aluminum frame, and hardware such as closers or locks. Access matters too: a ground-floor storefront is simpler than a lite above an awning that needs a lift.
Do you handle ongoing glass work for landlords?
Yes. Property managers call us for tenant turnovers, door hardware, mirror and partition changes and break-in repairs across their buildings, with one office contact for quotes and invoices.
