Call now. We answer during business hours and schedule after-hours service by phone.

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm · Sat 9am-2pm · Sun closed. After-hours service available. Call to confirm availability.

Same-day repair is the goal for broken window glass, sliding door glass and single storefront lites in common sizes; when the glass has to be ordered, we board up the same day and come back with it. After-hours service is available for break-ins and accidents outside our Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm hours; call and we will confirm what we can do.

We are a family-run, licensed (C-17 #1007507) and fully insured glass shop in Rosemead, and we speak English, Tiếng Việt and 中文. The estimate is free, the price is explained before the work starts, and we help with the insurance paperwork.

Emergency situations we handle

Broken storefront glass and doors

Break-ins, vehicle impacts and vandalism. We board up the opening so the business is secure, then replace the lite with 1/4-inch tempered or laminated safety glass, usually within 1-2 days for common sizes. A forced door often needs a closer, pivot or lock repair too, done in the same visit when parts are on hand.

Broken window glass at home

A ball through a bedroom window, a pane cracked by a slammed door, a burglary. Single-pane glass is often cut at our shop and installed the same visit; dual-pane units are measured and ordered, with the opening secured until they arrive.

Sliding door glass

Patio door panels are large tempered lites that cannot be cut on site, so we measure, secure the opening and install the new panel when it arrives. We check the rollers and track at the same time so the new panel does not drag.

Temporary board-up

Plywood cut to the opening and fastened to the frame for storefronts, windows and doors. It keeps weather and people out until the glass is in and comes off when we install the replacement.

Insurance claim help

A written estimate and photos of the damage for your claim. You file with your insurer; we answer the adjuster’s questions about the scope.

What to do right now

Keep people and pets away from the glass and do not pull loose pieces out of the frame; tempered glass keeps shedding and a cracked annealed pane can drop without warning. Keep any damaged door closed. If the break was a crime, call the police first and get a report number.

Take photos before anything is cleaned up: the whole opening, the damage close up and anything that came through it. Insurers want to see the scene as it was, and the photos let us quote from your phone. Then call (626) 571-0135, or text the photos with the address and a rough width and height.

On arrival we sweep and bag the broken glass, clear the frame, measure and either install the new glass or board it up. You get the estimate before the replacement starts; if the glass is ordered, we tell you the expected date and come back to swap the board-up for glass.

We give you an honest arrival window on the phone rather than a promise we cannot keep. After hours, we tell you straight whether we can come out that evening or first thing the next morning.

How it works

From photo to finished job

  1. 1

Call (626) 571-0135; tell us what broke, where it is, and whether anyone is at the property.

  2. 2

Text photos of the opening with a rough size so we can quote from your phone and bring the right materials.

  3. 3

We secure the opening and install the glass on the same visit when it is a common size, or board up and order it.

  4. 4

We come back to install the ordered glass, usually within 1-2 days for common sizes.

Questions customers ask

Do you come out at night or on weekends?

After-hours service is available, but it depends on the day and where the crew is, so call and we will confirm. Saturdays we are open 9am-2pm. If we cannot get there the same evening we say so, so you can cover the opening for the night and have us out first thing.

What does an emergency glass repair cost?

It depends on the glass (single-pane, tempered, laminated or an insulated unit), the size, whether a board-up is needed, and the timing of the call. We explain the price before the work starts; if the glass can be cut at our Rosemead shop the same day, one trip is usually all it takes.

Can you board up now and replace the glass later?

Yes. Board-up is the first step whenever the glass has to be ordered or the call comes in after hours. Plywood fastened to the frame keeps the opening secure until we install the glass.

Will you help with my insurance claim?

We give you a written estimate and photos of the damage, and we answer the adjuster’s questions about the scope. You file the claim and deal with the insurer directly; whether it is worth filing depends on your deductible, which the estimate helps you judge.

Is it safe to leave the broken glass in place until you arrive?

Tempered glass breaks into small pieces but keeps shedding, so keep the door closed and the area clear. A cracked annealed window pane is more dangerous: a bump can bring down a large sharp piece. Keep children and pets out of the room and leave the pane alone until we get there.

Do you do emergency repairs for homes, or only businesses?

Both. Broken bedroom windows, patio door panels and front-door glass at homes; storefronts, office glass and doors at businesses. Our work is about half residential and half commercial.

We had a good experience with APL replacing panels for our storefronts. Even though there were some hiccups and minor delays, they still finished earlier than my other quotes. The job was done with care and at a reasonable cost, and their team kept in communication.

Mark installed an AutoSlide on my patio door for my dogs (RFID dog tag automatically opens door). The installation was completed on a timely basis. However and through no fault of his own, the manufacturer took over a month to get the tags delivered to him. Without requesting it, Mark gave me a discount to make up for the late delivery. The five star rating is because Mark valued his service to the customer over his profit margin. Thank you Mark!
