These terms cover your use of aplglasswindows.com and the estimate, call and text services offered through it by APL Glass & Windows ("APL Glass", "we", "us"). By using the site or contacting us through it, you agree to them.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate from photos is a good-faith starting point; the final price is confirmed after we measure on site or receive final dimensions.
Turnaround times quoted on this site, such as 1-2 days for common jobs, describe typical timing and depend on the job, glass availability and scheduling. We confirm timing when we quote.
Any written warranty for a specific job, if provided, is stated on that job's quote or invoice, not on this website.

Service area

We serve Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County. We may decline work outside that area.

Text messaging terms

APL Glass & Windows offers two optional text programs, each with its own checkbox on our estimate form:

Service texts: estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support and service follow-ups, including a request to review a completed job.
Promotional texts: occasional offers and promotions.

You choose each program separately, and neither is required to get an estimate.

Message frequency varies.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos and content you send

You confirm that any photos you send are yours to share and relate to the job. We use them to quote and plan the work. We will not publish them without your permission.

Site content

Text, photos and design on this site belong to APL Glass & Windows and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Project photos show our own work. Product and brand names (for example, Milgard) belong to their owners.

Licensing

APL Glass & Windows is a California licensed glazing contractor, CA C-17 Glazing, License #1007507, and is fully insured. Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board, which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors.

Limits

The site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate, but we may change services, prices and availability at any time. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer law or the terms of a signed job contract.
